My tenants policy was very vague on this issue, but they would
not cover commercial/ business use at all so I now hold a 
commercial/business policy that is separate from my tenants
insurance.  Covers most losses and damage (except for things
like having the equipment stolen from an unlocked vehicle) and 
IMHO is worth the cost.  it's about $4 per $100 of equipment
annually.
