What an inapproporiate decision, to hold it without shelter at all, in 
your area.
A smart b & G would hire a portable open-sided tent (roof only) to
shield the horde of attendees. . .
Cheaper than all the emergency room bills. Or the mothers-in-law passed
out on the turf. . .

Big slow fans to blow air past blocks of dry ice.

Kegs of iced Pimms #2 scattered among the aisles. . .
