Of course I don't 'know' what will happen - but wouldn't this be a big, big surprise, given that they have stopped developing their full frame DSLR in favour of the *ist D and have started developing and selling lenses with a smaller image circle? To me this looks like a complete change of direction rather than an interim solution. A full frame DSLR would just not fit into this picture - and there is no reason to believe that APS sized sensors cannot be developed further to achieve higher resolutions. Wouldn't Pentax be 'perfectly' lined up with a 10MP upgraded *ist D'n' plus a cheaper 'budget' version plus two or three DA wide angle lenses?
