Yes I have NR "turned-on" however it's of little consequence in this particular test as it is designed to eliminate sensor noise errors that appear during long exposures. It's still pretty usable at 1600 is you ask me, the areas that are well illuminated show very little noise for the size of the image and shadow noise could be pretty easily masked in post processing. Colour shift is negligible too.
