Hi!

As I mentioned some time ago, I have a friend who's a member of one of
local (remote from the though) camera clubs. Started with Pentax and
now he's shooting 6x6 (cm) medium format. He even has this foldable
Agfa camera...

Anyway, fair part of club members has gone digital. The shoot real
huge amount of shots, several times more than they could possibly do
with film.

He constantly keeps telling me about this and that photog who came to
show their stuff and most of it sucked.

Probably you Bill and you Shell and some others here could still
discern (right word?!) good stuff from crap. So you wouldn't show bad
stuff to the public. But these guys seemingly could not.

I can understand them. They probably have several similar images shot
at burst or several similar images just because they are similar. They
also have a lot of shots to go through, so they get tired and just let
it be...

For the record last year (2003) I shot 40 36 exp films making it 1440
shots all together... I am yet to make order in all this mess.

Indeed, one of the dangers of Digital Side <grin> is amount... versus
cost... versus quality.

Your points are well taken.

Boris
