I'm really sorry this thread has taken this turn. My (apparently not) so innocent question just referred to using "North American" as opposed to Canadian or American. I realize the term has a usage similar to "European" but was surprised to see it used in a magazine article to describe where these photographers were from. I would also have been surprised to see "European".
