Anyone familiar with the Minolta Scan Dual II? I have one (don't care for it much, so haven't used it much.) Anyway, I was using it recently and found that when I scan a strip of negatives the scans vary in density even though the negatives are the same. In all cases, the #1 image is very dark, the #2 image almost as dark, #3 and #4 noticeably lighter. I'm assuming that the scanner is not working properly, but is there something I don't know that could account for this?
