That would be cities in the USA, right? You could go and live in Russia or many central European countries, who all have excellent public transport systems. When they are not cheesing off their ethnic minorities. Switzerland has a superb integrated tranport system.
I, on the other hand, cannot get from one end of England to the other in less than 12 hours at the moment.
