I Gotta look at the PZ-1P then, or presumably the *ist film camera.

I must say that being used to Nikon I DO find the *ist-D control layout
nice (other than the wheels being backwards...), nicer than much of what
happened prior to the *istD in the AF era.   Of course I never liked the
buttons on the ME and Super Program series when I was using them every day.

It's interesting that user interface differs so much now.  Back in the
days when everything was mechanical, everything but Olympus (and 
mechanical nikkormats) had pretty much the SAME user interface--those
three controls that someone mentioned a couple days ago.  I'm not even 
going to mention what happens when MENUS come into the picture...
