Larger format lenses usually have lower resolution numbers than 35mm lenses both exceed the resolving power of a 6mp sensor. You'll probably not notice much difference.

But there is one thing I was thinking : for 67 and 645 system, there is no digital camera except the *ist D by using the good converter.
So one can assum that the ist*D can get improve because of using the Medium Fomat lens can be better on digital.
More and more, some people say that switching to Canon 1DS is easier than keeping do thing in Medium Format...
Maybe it will be a very good thing to make a full frame Pentax DSLR ???
