Shaun, I promise you that (unfortunately!), it DOESN'T work with PS 7.0, but works perfectly when I am using PS CS. Not sure about Elements though, and haven't tried it with Image Ready either. In PS 7.0 it does load the plug-in, but when you try to open a RAW image it can't do it and gives an error message...
