Shaun, I promise you that (unfortunately!), it DOESN'T work with PS 7.0, but
works perfectly when I am using PS CS. Not sure about Elements though, and
haven't tried it with Image Ready either. In PS 7.0 it does load the
plug-in, but when you try to open a RAW image it can't do it and gives an
error message...

If you are using CS you can download the Adobe Camera RAW plugin which supports the *istD.
Strange it doesn't work with 7 because it does work with 6.
