I missed it the first time (I guess you pulled it before I got a chance to look), but I like the revised version a lot!

Amazing detail, great comp - I like the way the knife is only partially visible. The colours are so vibrant (even on my uncalibrated monitor <g>), you'd swear you could reach in and touch them.
