Ah, chicken with 20 cloves of garlic ... a lovely dish.

I'm going to send you a couple of my favorite
chicken-garlic-lemon recipes.  One is  a Catalan dish that
bears the nickname "the poultry dish for the bandits'
hideout" (repaire de bandits Catalans), and the other, a bit
more complex but worth every moment in the kitchen, is
called "Poulet aux Perles d'Ail Doux et au Sauternes," an
adaptation conceived by Alain Dutournier.  Look for them in
your mailbox in a day or so.
