I'm going to send you a couple of my favorite chicken-garlic-lemon recipes. One is a Catalan dish that bears the nickname "the poultry dish for the bandits' hideout" (repaire de bandits Catalans), and the other, a bit more complex but worth every moment in the kitchen, is called "Poulet aux Perles d'Ail Doux et au Sauternes," an adaptation conceived by Alain Dutournier.
