Too bleak.
I hate that part of winter or spring when everything's melting, and the fields are covered with water and ice, and it's grey outside, and...
You see, I can't really be objective with a shot like that. It just bothers me too much.
Nice shot, though. You've really captured the - er - lack of vibrant colours of this time of year. I do like the branches coming into the frame on the right - gives a feeling of depth, like the depth of the icy water in the fields.
Nah, I just can't do it. If you were trying to convey the hopelessness and depression that such scenes mean to me, you've done it. <vbg>
Not your fault, though. As many women in my life have said, "It's not you, it's me". Except, in this case, I mean it. <vbg>
