Sorry, I forgot you have only been back with us for a few weeks. I guess you missed the long discussion we had about shooting moving cars at night using fill flash with trailing curtain sync. I was just trying to make a joke. I didn't really mean your shot needed it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
"Pushing the envelope", means doing things differently. Trying new things to see if they'll work. Going beyond orthodoxy to get a different result than others. I guess, to be more succinct, it means, "being innovative".
Another similar saying in English is "thinking outside the box".
It was meant as a complement, of course! <vbg>
BTW, I like the red line, too. As I said, it's a terrific shot.
cheers, frank

Hi Frank, Yes it's an old falcon. The red light is not from the falcon (it was parked), it's from a passing by car, wich I hated when passed by, but now I like the addition of the red line. I didn't used flash. I pushed the camera itself against the wall, myself being at camera's right side, trying not to get in the frame. I know the photo doesn't says too much, but I really like it, I suppose it's the colors, or the mood, I don't know, but I really like it. What it means "pushing the envelope?" (I know what it means literally, but I suppose it means something else) Regards
