Attila, thanks for your word about my photo.
I recently bought an F 70-210/4-5.6 lens that also has rotating front element. I do have 49 mm polarizer but this is my first such lens. I've no idea how would I use polarizer on it. Perhaps pre-focusing, switching to manual focus if necessary and then adjusting the polarizer would do the trick, but it sounds all too involved...
At the moment I don't think I will have to use polarizer on that lens. So you can say I give up.
