If we go by what the initial offering said, don't forget that little
bit that mentioned "seller will ship to North America only". You can't
simply claim that they aren't honoring their end of the deal - their
deal explicitly excluded overseas deliveries.
A quote for $80 *does* sound a little high, but don't forget they
will have to go down to the post office, fill out a customs declaration,
etc., etc. Goodwill aren't a private individual; they are a registered
charity. They have to do a lot more paperwork than a private seller.
They also could well be liable for import duties. So, technically,
might be a private seller, but usually people don't bother with that.
A charitable organization can't afford to bend the rules.
