If I shipped a used camera from Australia that was purchased new (with tax paid) from a vendor inside the EU to an EU member country would it attract a second round of tax?
I am not sure whether I have understood your question clearly but if you ship from within the EU, for example, from Spain to Germany, no taxes will apply.
