The Canon has the better lens from f:1.7 up to f:2.8 - Rollei�s Sonnar is
better after that ;-)
The Canon is a bit soft at wide apertures, very good stopped down. Sonnar is
excellent. The f:2/40 Summicron is very good, but I had so long ago that
it�s not easy to compare.
