The Subject may be a bit premature, but I think I have just
bought 2 of the 16-45 lenses and I really only need one for
the one *ist-D I have...
I found a source that would get me the lens within 2-3 days.
So I bought one. And then my local guys called and say
they think the one they have ordered for me will be in next
week. I am pretty well committed to buy that one as well. So
in a very short time I will go from extreme scarcity to 100%
oversupply.
Assuming that I do in fact receive the two that are
supposedly on their way, I will sell one to a list member at
cost (the lower of the two costs) and I'll cover insured
shipping within the States. Let me know off-list if you are
interested.
