I really think there is no way around a Rolleiflex or Rolleicord. Later Rolleicords with Schneider Xenar taking lens can be found in that price range and have much to offer: supreme build quality at relatively low weight and size, a sharp (coated) lens - but there always is the danger to fall in love...
