Not going to be much help, but I've got a mystery cable as well.. I meant to eBay it sooner, but haven't got round to anything other than taking the picture. It's an original (rare) 6 foot coiled (!) F5P, different from the 3.5" coiled and the 9" straight. Prolly auctioning it off with the hot shoe adapter fg and a hot shoe adapter f also shown in the pic.. It's not mentioned on Boz's site and although I mailed him, he never got back to me.. Oh well..
