I think so, too.  However, the rep clearly told me that it
is IMPOSSIBLE, for there is no means to memorise to which frame
was exposed on the film.

As I have written, I'm not familiar with an AF body.  The
reason I wrote this answer is that a member asked me to
check this.  There's no implication nor my own opinion for
that function.

To be precise, the rep told me this way; "You don't have to
wait until summer".  So the release might be in May.  From
his way of saying it, I felt, at least, it's not April. 
BTW, I told him that I've heard that some shops abroad are
taking reservation for an MZ-S.  He just smiled, a little
bit embarrassed. :-)

I held an MZ-S with battery grip and FA24-90 today.  Yes,
that feels nice!!  With vertical release button.
