Looks like this is the case. At least one U.S. mail-order vender is
advertising the MZ-S in the May issue of Shutterbug magazine. ("The
Camera Club," a firm I have never heard of before.) The ad describes
all Pentax cameras and binoculars over three full pages, leading with
the MZ-S, labeled as as "New". It gives no delivery date or indication
that it may not yet be available. (It also gives no price, says to call
or check the web site for price information. The web site does not yet
list this body.)
