This is physically indistinguishable from the Kaf2 mount, however, there
may be (and probably are) various new functions available via the "digital"
contact (the one that lies in the most counter-clockwise position).

As far as the many contacts between the camera and the back and the camera
and the power-pack, I agree that many are probably unused by the currently
known accessories.  It is even possible that some of them are even unused
by the MZ-S, but are already planned for future use.
