I am taking a short-term new photography class. New to me, that is.

Studio portrait lighting with a good local photographer. Not adult ed in this
case. A local rental darkroom place that also offers classes with various
people. The teacher also happens to be the director.

Congratulations, Marnie!

I learned a *ton* in my studio photography class. It was the very first time I learned to use a 4x5, 8x10, medium format, studio strobes, lighting, handheld meters, previewing with Polaroids, working with models, fruits, props, assistants, backgrounds, stands, different types of film, shooting under time constraints, creating a portfolio, etc. I'm sure you'll learn a lot in your class too.

Have lots of fun!
