I have a question...
I have been taking a number of outdoor shots, in shade, in sun light, and they all turn out just fine...except.
The images on screen are all sort of 'washed out.'
Nice contrast (by which I mean good sun to shadow balance), nice color, good imagery, but...they're just a bit "faded." Not really faded, like blue jeans, but the shots all look a little like that on my monitor screen.
Not grossly so. Just a teeny bit.
I didn't change a thing about how it was set, so it may be a bit away from optimal.
Set at:
P 2304 x 1728 Qual. ** AWB Multiple focus Auto sensitivity Sharpness, Saturation and EV set at "middle" setting.
This is for (right now) recording some landscaping we're having done. No portraits, no critical stuff, but for record...
Any thoughts on the flatness? I haven't had time for experimenting much at all.
thanks ahead of time, keith whaley
