The building's not that old and not that lovely, for London. The Eye
is hugely popular. There'd be an uproar if they tried to get rid of
it. Just the other side of the wheel there is now also quite a large
wind turbine. When you look at the view from the other bank, or from
one of the bridges, it is all surprisingly harmonious in the chaotic,
London sense of the word.
