Thanks for this, it was expensive :-) I got a MF Tamron SP90/2.8 from ebay with a Pentax Adaptall II and the dedicated bayonet hood. The feel is good, and I like the handling (can I confess that I find the opposite focusing turn more natural?). As for pictures, the first film is en route to my trusted lab; no real macro photos, but a couple of hasty portraits of my daughter. Kostas
