To sweeten your weekend, I have two questions for you (and yes, the results
of the opinion poll will be published here)
1 Which 3 photos you made are your most loved ones?
1b is it for their content or the circumstances of the taking or anything
else?
2 Are these photos of private affair showing for example members your family
or not?
2b Would you publish them for us ? If yes, with a link :-)
3 feel free to add any impressive or strange stories about taking the
shoots.
Some of the photos I really love are of private nature when I was at the
age of 17-20.
I had two engagements as a seaman on Swiss freight ships worldwide and took
my first photos on sea in 1977 with
a Olympus XA compact camera. When the ship came into dock in Hong Kong the
second time I worked as sailor in 1981,
I bought my first Pentax ME super. I took a lot of pictures of the crew at
work and gave the photos to them
Most of the negatives have suffered severely and are unusable in between due
to humidity and false storage :-(
So I am left with about 10 enlargements from that time, some show the
"seamen baptized" and hair cropping all over :-)
