And that really is the problem. They sell so fast almost no one has a demo machine. Because there is none on the shelves people come to the erroneous conclusion that the *istD is not selling well. As you know, Cesar, our area Pentax Rep claims they still have thousands of units on back order.

There was an customer interested in digital with some Pentax lenses.  I
handed my camera to him.  The store did not have an *ist D in stock - as
soon as they come in, they are gone.

The customer was impressed with the size and liked being able to use his
lenses on them.  He was a little interested in being able to use non-A and
M42 lenses on it.
