I learned that from a couple of old German butchers when I was apprenticed to them...
They called it "3-T meat." When I asked, it stood for t*ts, tails and touchholes! <g>
Never could bring myslf to eat any.

it used to be very popular in the UK. Probably had it about once a week when I was young. According to legend it was 'all snouts and arseholes'.
