Why? They never came out with an autofocus replacement for the LX. The MZ-S, while a fine camera, wasn't the basis of a true system in the way that the LX was. In any case, the MZ-S came out long after autofocus was prevalent. I don't want to wait that long for a better DSLR than the *ist-D.
