I can't tell. I have been using the same set of 3 CF-cards from the start, 2 regular Sandisk 1Gb ones and one Sandisk Ultra II 512 Mb. I tend to use the 512 Mb ultra II one most, unless I have higher-volume shoots. The problem one at the moment is one of the 1Gb ones, and I will mark it now so I will be able to tell next time it happens ... >Have you run "surface scan" utilities on your CF card to ensure its integrity? No, not yet. But I will ASAP. I have a non-destructive read/write surface scan in my own DFSee tool so will use that to test the 1Gb card that has the corrupted file at the moment ...
