I never said I understood it. But, that's what I've been seeing. I've had alot of non-photographers express interest in the low end D-SLRs. They've bought a P&S type digital, really liked using it, and now want to check out one of the two lower cost D-SLRs. I've honestly never had anyone shoot with a film P&S and be so inspired by the results that they wanted to go out and drop $1000 on a film SLR. Mark
