I am leaving within a few days for Mongolia and decided to bring an old faithfull 35mm kit (LX + MX & 20/4, 35/2, 50/2.8, long tele zoom and FA 300/4.5) alongside a "small" 645 kit. I am not decided on what long tele zoom to bring. I have both of these but have never used it. So which one has the best optics? M is easier to use with manual focus because it has only one ring and a good grip, but if F is substancially better optically, I'll go for it. Both weight the same (555g). Andre
