I only use AF with my 24-90, which is my walking around lens.  But even 
with that lens, if I have the luxury of a leisurely composition, I'll 
use MF.  All other lenses I use MF, even if they have AF ability.  So 
probably around 5-10% AF, 90-95% MF.

I would estimate that I've employed AF for less than 2% of the images I've made 
with the *ist D and then only using the central focus spot. I find AF sucks 
generally (and I do own a few fast AF lenses).

So what percentage of shots do you shoot in AF mode and what AF modes if any?
