Pentax doesn't make glass but they are still owned by Asahi aren't they ? And as far as I know Asahi is quite a manufacturer of glass or did I miss something ?
REPLY: No, that's another company. So is the brewery (Asahi beer). Asahi Optical recently changed their name to Pentax corporation.
