I think ist's OK to descibe this problem, but it's not OK to generally dertermine AF speed (double values?) because of this. Any serious tester would redo this part of the test, and then add a comment as to the low light focusing problem. Your test doesn't actually tell people how fast this camera can focus, which is what the consumers will be looking for.
