Thats the thing there is no unknown and extensive problems, I used it for a couple months until I got tired of buying batteries for it and decided to look into getting it fixed.
It wasn't dropped in a lake, it was sitting in a shallow puddle and the one corner got wet so that one board got corroded. Right now $400 is way beyond my abilities, and I would rather save that money for a digital body if i did get it, I was ready to spend $200 to fix it. --- Alan Chan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Consider the extensive and unknown problem of the > camera, perhaps it would > be easier to buy an used Z-1p which costs at most > C$400/US$300 now in mint > condition. > > Alan Chan > http://www.pbase.com/wlachan > > > Yeah it seems so and it makes sense but I can't > say > >its not annoying, there is no visible damage to the > >rest of the boards, you would think they could test > >those boards and if they were good, change the one > >board thats all corroded. > > > > Ah well, it still works, I just need to make a > >battery pack so I don't have to buy the expensive > >batteries for it anymore, and I just don't have the > >onboard flash. > > _________________________________________________________________ > MSN Premium includes powerful parental controls and > get 2 months FREE* > http://join.msn.com/?pgmarket=en-ca&page=byoa/prem&xAPID=1994&DI=1034&SU=http://hotmail.com/enca&HL=Market_MSNIS_Taglines > > __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
