Hmm, you are photo-lethargic. My medicine is simply do something else for a bit, it will come back when it's ready, you will start wishing you'd shot this or that as an image fleets by then you'll know it's time again. As other have said it's cyclical, well it is for me anyhow, so when I feel a little photo lethargic I simply involve myself a little more in one of my other interests.
