Solution two: pull off all caps of the lenses intended to be used (ie the ones
that you are actually taking the time to lug about and particularly the one
mounted on the camera) and put them in a spare pocket on your case, fit the
hoods, place the glass/hoods front down, all are now ready for use pending a
quick lens change. Shoot lots of film and then blow any crap off the
gloriously exposed front elements when you get home :-)
