I can answer one of those. The 1 stop overexposure problem is referring to the 50mm f:1/1.2 "SuperFast lens. The camera doesn't understand that lens too well. You will not have the problem with your 50mm f:1/2 lens. Confusing terminology, took me a while to figure it out when I got a ZX-M. I'll try to answer a couple more later.
