I had this one printed to 8x12" yesterday so I could frame it (the glue is drying as I type).
It deserves to be printed, that's certain.

For some reason I quite like the background. I suspect others will hate it :) I find the shapes interesting but due to the smooth tones it's not distracting. It's almost like an abstract artwork by itself, with these great big striped caterpillars getting in the way. It's one of those photos that doesn't quite work but I like it anyway.
FWIW I don't remember if it's supposed to be landscape or portrait.
I think the way it is presented (landscape) is just fine. I kind of have mixed feelings about it. The colors are very natural, very vibrant. The background is quite fine. But, DOF is just a bit too shallow for my taste. I'd really like to see their fangs/jaws and their eating the grass. Knowing that this is macro shot, I think I'd like to see more details, more macro-ness of the shot, so to say.
