Well, seriously, Tom, that's a pretty good, relatively comprehensive (without being heavyhanded or overly longish) PDMLFAQ you've got there. You were right in your intro: it's all common sense, really, isn't it? My only addendum (other that the "don't believe frank" thing) is that I always thought that the prohibition re: ongoing eBay auctions was for Pentax stuff, not other photographic stuff. Except, as you said, joke or novelty things, like that giant Pentax body and the clear Pentax body (both promotional items).
