If Pentax can sell new lenses to both Film and Computer users for a mere $10 per pro-grade lens, why the heck not? If film is going to be around for a few more years, esp. b&w, then it seems a small investment to maintain a marketshare that the others have completely abandoned.
Pentax getting new film body sales pretty much to themselves. Sounds like a pretty decent business decision to me. Not the best decision they've ever made, but a good one. Sincerely, C.
