Tom,

Pentax only has two speeds, rush and slooooow.
You pay for expedited service, otherwise it's slow.

Figure 3 days to get out of the mail room (yes!!).
Figure another week to get a camera tech to look at it.
If you see an estimate in two weeks, you'll be happy.

Get the name and number of your customer service rep. when he calls.
