in the last few weeks but I just noticed it yesterday when I wanted to remove the finder and use the screen at waist level
for a candid. The damned thing wouldn't come off. I looked at the one I have that works and as best as I can determine the locking
mechanism is no longer moving far enough to allow the prism to release. Has anyone had this problem, know a cause, have a cure,
(that won't involve wrecking the camera the prism or both). If I've got to send my baby to Pentax does anyone have any idea what
the repair will entail and have some concept of what it will cost? (Breathless Gasp).
