Dave,

Since you don't have so many exposures on one roll, what about taking several flavours with you and decide at the scene which one would be best suited. Those that you won't use will find a nice home in your fridge until you find a good use for them. I would also add a roll of Velvia just for the fun of it.

Thanks for that guys.
I do remember trying some Portra 160 and maybe the 400VC when i was searching for a film
that i liked in the 6x7.(settled on Reala but the Portra was good IIRK) Seems to me that i did
not poo poo it to much.<vbg>

Sounds like a good way to go. Some Portra in the 6x7 and some Kodak 100vs or Provia f 100
in the K1000 and some B&W in the PZ-1(or maybe visa versa)

I used Portra 400VC in my 6x7. Negative film scans very nice, and it's much more forgiving. And Portra colors pop.

Got to agree here too, on longer trips I generally take two 67 bodies, one loaded with Provia 100F and the other with Portra 400VC for when the light is dull and I need to squeeze off hand held shots, works a treat.
